AGAVE BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, agave syrup, and Dijon mustard.
- Slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
