AGAVE PANCAKES

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons agave syrup, plus more for topping
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, agave syrup, and melted butter.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook other side.
  7. Serve with additional agave syrup.
