AGAVE-SWEETENED OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings: fresh fruits, nuts, seeds (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or container, mix oats, milk, yogurt, agave syrup, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  3. Before serving, stir well and add more milk if desired.
  4. Top with fresh fruits, nuts, or seeds.
