AGAVE TERIYAKI SAUCE

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, agave syrup, minced ginger, and minced garlic.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.
  3. Use as a marinade for meats, tofu, or vegetables, or as a glaze for grilled dishes.
  4. Store any leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
